Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Get A Grip socks, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on worn socks.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like a different style or size, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help depending on stock availability.
