Join us at Balance Health for an afternoon of all things confidence. 

Sunday 13th September - An afternoon designed to leave you feeling stronger- physically and mentally.

We’ll start with a 50-minute Reformer Pilates class, using movement to explore what happens when we wobble, struggle, adapt and realise we’re capable of more than we think.

Then, alongside confidence coach Gemma, we’ll take that feeling beyond the reformer with an interactive confidence workshop exploring self-talk, comparison, limiting beliefs and the things that knock our confidence.

You’ll learn how to reframe some of those “I can’t…” thoughts, speak to yourself with a little more kindness and recognise the qualities you already have within you.

And to finish, you’ll choose the quality you feel you need more of right now - strength, courage, self-belief, calm, resilience, worth or growth - and Gemma will make you your own confidence stone ring to take home as a little reminder. 💍✨

Each guest will receive a pair of organic cotton getagrip socks, plus a natural lip balm from Bloom & Blossom.
